After relocating to Las Vegas, I found Choral Artists of Southern Nevada, a musical opportunity I never thought I would have again in my lifetime. When I am not preparing, practicing, or performing music, I love to cook, read, listen to a myriad of podcasts, and spend time with friends and family. How grateful I am to be a member of this choir, for the continuous peace and positivity it brings me to sing with people I love, and for the calling to be a proponent of beautiful music in all areas of my life.” Jaime has been a member of CASN since 2015.

I love accompanying the choir on the organ and playing music that evokes emotion and excitement. Experiencing music is an absolute joy in life. I love being part of something that is bigger than me. “I began singing in my school choir in high school in 1967. I was the lead singer and actor in Pirates of Penzance in my senior year. When I graduated from high school I received a scholarship in music and sang in the concert choir in college at Monroe Louisiana. It was many years later after singing in church choirs that I was able to begin singing with a community choir in Las Vegas for several years. When the choir was disbanded I found CASN In the middle of 2021. I feel at home in this choral group and really enjoy the challenges of learning new music and singing under the direction of Marsha Borovicka,”
