About Us

Choral Artists of Southern Nevada provides musicians the privilege of sharing the joy and beauty of inspirational and sacred choral music to audiences throughout the greater Las Vegas area. Both amateur and professional musicians expand their talent by singing in an ensemble and performing challenging works.

The choir undertakes challenging choral arrangements of both classical and familiar compositions, striving to provide the audience an inspirational and enjoyable listening experience. The choir welcomes opportunities to perform periodically at appropriate venues.

Marsha Borovicka

Marsha Borovicka

Director

Marsha Borovicka has been the director of Choral Artists of Southern Nevada since its inaugural season in 2009. The group was created after she directed the choirs and orchestra in a local production of “Savior of the World.” Marsha has a lifetime of musical leadership that precedes her directorship of Choral Artists. A proud native of Las Vegas, she is a retired high school choir director, having directed over 13,000 students during her 34-year career in CCSD. The motto she shares with her beloved husband, Bob, is “Today’s rehearsal is tomorrow’s performance.” This motto has been adopted by the choir in their efforts to excel in both music and daily life.
