“I was born and raised in Charleston, SC. I am the proud “mama-bear” teacher to over 200 students and favorite aunt to five perfect nephews. I fell in love with music at an early age. I grew up playing the piano, violin and cello, and discovered my passion for singing in college. During that time, I toured with choirs around the United States and Africa. After relocating to Las Vegas, I found Choral Artists of Southern Nevada, a musical opportunity I never thought I would have again in my lifetime. When I am not preparing, practicing, or performing music, I love to cook, read, listen to a myriad of podcasts, and spend time with friends and family. How grateful I am to be a member of this choir, for the continuous peace and positivity it brings me to sing with people I love, and for the calling to be a proponent of beautiful music in all areas of my life.” Jaime has been a member of CASN since 2015.

“I began singing in my school choir in high school in 1967. I was the lead singer and actor in Pirates of Penzance in my senior year. When I graduated from high school I received a scholarship in music and sang in the concert choir in college at Monroe Louisiana. It was many years later after singing in church choirs that I was able to begin singing with a community choir in Las Vegas for several years. When the choir was disbanded I found CASN In the middle of 2021. I feel at home in this choral group and really enjoy the challenges of learning new music and singing under the direction of Marsha Borovicka,”

“I’m a husband and a father to my son. I was born and raised in the Philippines and from grade school to college I’ve always been a part of a choir. At one point in my college years, I was part of four different choirs. I don’t know how I was able to manage it. I think when you love something you will not feel tired doing it. Also, in 1989 and 1990 our choir toured Europe and had several concerts in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and Vienna. Those memories will forever be imprinted in my heart and mind. The best and memorable part of being in the choir is that you will have extended family that will last a lifetime.” Jerome recently joined CASN in 2022. “With the hassle and bustle of busy life nowadays, joining CASN is “me time.” With my short time practicing with the choir I know I enjoy every minute of it and it is also a way for me to give back and share the gift that our Lord has given me.”
